The French Connect platform

Since the launch of the initial project in 2020, the structuring platform French Connect coordinated by Pr Marie-Hélène Delfau-Larue, Molecular Biologist (Hôpital Henri Mondor, Créteil) aims to harmonize ctDNA analyses at national level and has enabled the projects opposite to be set up.

  • Harmonization of ctDNA analytical conditions has been implemented between the 6 historical research centers in the network;​
  • An informative panel of common genes specific to large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and Hodgkin’s lymphoma (HL). This sequencing panel integrates regions particularly enriched in phased variants which, according to recent studies, have demonstrated their full potential for assessing residual disease in patients;​
  • An optimized bioinformatics analysis pipeline via a dedicated platform.

The French Connect analysis platform is hosted on the Lymphoma Data Hub (LDH), which is a certified health data host (HDS). Data is collected for specific research projects or studies, validated prior to analysis and subject to contractual and regulatory frameworks.
